This month’s core theme is diversity. I’ll be exploring the following topics:

• Statistics: What are people’s perceptions of women’s capabilities in the tech industry?

• Science: In what ways can individual behaviour be connected to broader organisational performance?

• Society: How can including autistic people in the workforce help them and organisations?

• Politics: Explore a data-driven, depoliticised approach.

I welcome contributions from community members if you have views on diversity in the workplace. Or if you are doing science research in the area, please get in contact. I aim to represent the full diversity of the community on all projects.
