Exploring diversity in the workplace for a podcast that will be launched at the end of June 2025 and answering the following questions:

• Statistics: How diverse is the work force?

• Science: What is the evidence base for how diversity can be supported in the workplace?

• Society: What are the positives of having a more diverse workforce.

• Politics: Was is diversity such a hot topic at the moment?

I welcome contributions from community members if you have views on diversity in the workplace. Or if you are doing science research in the area, please get in contact. I aim to represent the full diversity of the community on all projects.
